Finial is a dedicated architectural practice providing feasibility, planning and working drawing services to residential developers ranging from SME sized private companies to PLC National Housebuilders. Our projects range from small niche developments of sixteen units, to multistorey medium rise residential apartment blocks to 400+ unit Garden Village developments.

We are a team of likeminded individuals with a passion for architecture who excel in bringing forward multi unit residential projects.

With each team members personal experience in excess of 25 years in the industry, you can be assured that we have seen and done almost all of it. From traditional construction, to timber frame, reinforced concrete frame, structural framed steel solutions and even modular we can adapt to modern methods of construction as well as we can traditional build.
