Fairfield Road, Croydon
A six storey development, with underground car park, for thirty-four new one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The team at Finial prepared full working drawings for this complex development, which was constructed in an SFS Metframe system over ground floor concrete transfer deck. With the client never having constructed in this format before, we had a close working relationship throughout the construction period.
Hareshill, Fleet
Finial Architecture is supporting Berkeley Homes on their latest phase at Hareshill in Fleet, Hampshire. A development of 85 beautiful two-to-five-bedroom homes overlooking the Hampshire countryside. Finial have prepared the working drawing packages to support the construction of these new dwellings as part of the continuing Hareshill development.
Brewery Square, Dorchester
A development of 76 apartments in the Brewery Square development of Dorchester, Finial have supported Bellway Homes with construction level technical drawing package for this stunning new development. Constructed in a reinforced concrete frame and falling within the stricter requirements of fire regulations for buildings over 11m, the project continues to be an interesting challenge. Currently in construction and Finial continue to support the client with an onsite presence.
Leighwood Fields, Cranleigh
With the team having previously prepared the working drawing packages for Phase 3.1 at Leighwood Fields, we continue to be involved supporting Berkeley Homes through the next phases of the development. With construction on site for Phase 3.2, a development of 61 new dwellings including the stunning Leighwood Manor apartment building and Phase 3.3 scheduled to commence in early 2026, Finial's involvement continues following working drawings input.
Webster Close, Oxshott
A development of 23 Affordable Rented dwellings and a new community centre on a brownfield site in Oxshott, the new dwellings complement the existing character of the residential area and provide extensive landscaped gardens. We were pleased to prepare the Construction drawings and documentation to enable this much needed development to progress on site.
Climping, West Sussex
Finial Architecture were instructed by Foreman Homes to prepare working drawings for the development of 300 new dwellings and commercial units. The site is beautifully laid out and consists of a number of character areas with intricate traditional detailing. Works are due to commence onsite in early 2026 and Finial will continue to support the client through the construction phase.
