Feasibility Designs
We carry out feasibility studies for residential developments on behalf of landowners and developers. The first step in residential development, this will assess the number of dwellings the site can viably accommodate, considering all constraints and planning policies.
Planning Design
We prepare prepare planning application drawings and documents for a huge array of developments, from bespoke 8 unit heritage schemes to over 300 unit major developments. Using various 2D and 3D software, you can be assured your scheme will be presented in it's best light.
Onsite Supervision
For those clients who require a site presence, Finial has you covered. From Contract Administration to general site support, we have the ability to support you as and when you need.
Masterplanning
From 400 dwelling Garden Villages to 2,500 town extensions, with our inhouse experience, we can Masterplan it for you. A key stage in promoting any large new development, the Masterplan sets the tone for crafting truly beautiful and sustainable communities.
Construction Information
Once we've navigated the Planning stage and permissions are in place, we can progress your project to the Construction Information stage, we prepare precise, legible and regulation compliant drawings, details and specifications to ensure your development can be built to exacting standards.
